More ABOUT Me

As a certified GGS Women's Health Coach and a 10 year veteran of fitness industry, I believe we can reverse aging, or at least delay it, through movement and healthy eating. I don't believe in the word "diet". I don't believe in feeling deprived or exhausted. I am always on the lookout for new and better ways to become healthier and stronger as we age. 

 

It starts with understanding how important it is to choose the right lifestyle for you and continues with creating a routine that benefits your mind and body.

 

I specialize in creating personalized fitness and nutrition plans and providing the necessary tools and resources to guide, support, and assist you in achieving your desired goals.

 

You will be taking care of what’s truly important, your health as you slow down the aging process!
